Many people who would love to be volunteering, making a personal contribution to the care of the environment, find it difficult to fit volunteering into a busy schedule alongside their commitment and passion for their work.

The WILDCARE Corporate Volunteers Program offers you the opportunity to provide time and support for your employees to take time-out to make a difference in the world around them. As a consequence they will surely be more able to perform to the high standards they aspire to when back at work.

What better way to show your commitment to supporting the values held by your employees and to building their capacity to work together productively? At the same time they will be undertaking on-ground real-life projects to conserve Tasmania’s natural and cultural heritage - making a real difference.

WILDCARE Gift Fund

WILDCARE Inc and its WILDCARE Gift Fund were registered as an Environmental Organisation and Deductible Gift Recipient in 2005. This means that any donation of more than $2 made to the Gift Fund is tax deductible.

Corporate and Significant Donors

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the WILDCARE Gift Fund click on the links below to find out more about each of the Natural Partner Funds and to make your donation. All donations of more than $2 are tax-deductible and are deposited into the WILDCARE Gift Fund to be allocated to projects that match the Natural Partner Fund criteria. Become a Natural Partner and Fund Co-founder

Do you have a particular passion for the environment? Are you interested in becoming a Natural Partner by initiating a new Natural Partner Fund for specific nature conservation or reserve management objectives? WILDCARE Inc is interested in discussing opportunities with you to identify shared passion and interests within the wider framework of Reserve Management, Nature Conservation and Community Involvement.

Workplace Giving

Workplace giving is a simple way for employees to voluntarily choose to regularly donate to charities entitled to receive tax deductible donations.

The process allows donations to be received as a lump sum from the employer, rather than separate small donations from each individual participating employee. Individual employees get a tax deduction without needing a receipt, and receive the benefits without waiting for their tax return. As a business, you can also decide to add a corporate donation to match that of your employees, all in one easy process.

Category Sponsorship

WILDCARE Inc welcomes sponsorship both for general purposes and specific nature conservation, cultural heritage conservation and reserve management projects and programs. General benefits are offered, with special benefits being available for specific levels of sponsorship. Sponsorship proposals will be considered by the Board of Management - contact acochair@wildcaretas.org.au to discuss the process and opportunities.

Discount sponsorship

WILDCARE Inc welcomes businesses who are willing to offer discounts for WILDCARE Inc members. As a discount sponsor you are acknowledged in WILDTIMES – our newsletter that goes to all members 4 times a year – and you are welcome to advertise free-of-charge in WILDTIMES for as long as you continue to offer a discount to our members.
