Whale Rescue First Response Team - East Coast
Wildcare Whale Rescue First Response Team - East Coast was established following a training course on Orford in November 2011.
We will respond to requests for assistance from the Parks and Wildlife Service at strandings along the East Coast.
Trained Wildcare Frist Response Team members are the fiorst volunteers to be called on in response to strandings. Teams operate around Tasmania.
If you are not yet a WILDCARE member and would like to join this group, join WILDCARE Inc (either online, by mail or in person at any Service Tasmania outlet, Parks Visitor Centre or the WILDCARE Inc Office) and then list this group on your membership form.
