Whale Rescue First Response Team - Flinders Island
Whale Rescue First Response Team - Flinders Island was formed following a specialist training course in Whale Rescue Techniques provided by the Parks and Wildlife Service.
We respond to requests from the Parks and Wildlife Service for rapid response to strandings on Flinders island.
New members are welcome, however to be actively involved in a first response action members must have completed the training course. There are a range of other activities that you may like to assist with in the meantime.
