WILDCARE Wildlife Rescue and Rehab
Where do we operate?
We respond to injured and orphaned wildlife needs in the North West corner of Tasmania,
What do we do?
- We provide a first response when people report injured animals (Phone 0407 434 739),
- We care for and rehabilitate injured and orphaned wildlife (birds and animals, except venomous reptiles),
- We release these animals and birds back to wild when they are ready, through a staged release program to ensure they are best abble to survive on their own.
- We provide educational visits to schools to talk about Tasmania's wildlife
