Selection Criteria:
Process & Requirements: Applications will be assessed and projects selected by the WILDCARE Inc Board of Management. The assessment criteria will include:
- Relevance to objectives of WILDCARE;
- Partner-supported project unlikely to be funded from other sources this financial year;
- Project involves WILDCARE members, both in planning and implementation phases;
Other requirements associated with approved funding:
- WILDCARE Inc support must be acknowledged in relation to the project in any media promotions, and where possible on the project itself;
- Project leader must be willing to submit a final report, in the form of an article, for WILDTIMES newsletter;
- Funds must be spent within 12 months of approval date. The Board may decide to return unspent funds to the General Account for re-allocation after discussion with the Project Leader
- The Board of Management may choose to place specific conditions on approved funding.
